ppvlp Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the ppvlp platform at https://ppvlp.bio (hereinafter "the Platform", "ppvlp", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ppvlp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

ppvlp reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. 2.1 Age Requirement

The ppvlp Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, ppvlp reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. ppvlp may suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Your ppvlp account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

3.1 Credential Security

You are required to keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. ppvlp will never ask you to reveal your full password via any channel — including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ppvlp immediately via live chat support and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ppvlp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — and proof of payment method at any point during your use of the Platform, and in particular prior to processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Currency

All ppvlp accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in BDT. ppvlp does not hold or process balances in any foreign currency and does not apply currency conversion charges.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.5 Prohibited Sources of Funds

Where ppvlp has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds derive from illegal activity, the account will be suspended and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. ppvlp's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ppvlp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ppvlp collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
